André Gros is a lifelong native and resident of Raceland, LA. She graduated from Central Lafourche High School in 1989. André pursued her passion for nursing while attending Nicholls State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993. In 2001, she completed and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans along with being granted the title of a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner upon her completion of requirements.

André is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Louisiana Nurse Practitioners Association, Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

In her spare time, André enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Her hobbies include reading and shopping.
